I have gained 20 pounds since June/July of last year. I’m pretty sure it’s due to fast food and being sedentary. However, I had lost 30 pounds years ago and kept it all off until this past summer.
What the hell happened?!
The only thing I can think of is I did something I feel guilty/upset about. I have my suspicions. Rather than lay blame and whine and moan, I’m just going to forgive myself for whatever I did (or didn’t do) and move on.
Time to let go of emotional dead weight. I have enough shit to worry about wihtout holding onto shit that can’t be changed.
I’m going away for the weekend, going to have fun and try to relax. And come back ready to face the world and make some changes.
Come Monday, the worm turns.
