Well, I started therapy and medication.
And my back is getting better.
And with the help of one of the meds, I’ve been sleeping!
I’ve made xmas cards (still have more to make).
I made a Holiday Planner.
I’ve done MOST of my xmas shopping (have wrapped NOTHING)
I cleaned my main floor.
I’ve been better at controlling my temper
I’ve created a planner for work that seems like it might work for me (need wet erase markers, however)
Aaaanndd, I’ve hit a wall. Not a great list, but at least it’s something…
