Aside: Yesterday was Inny’s 69th birthday, so Happy Birthday, Inny!

Well, I’ve joined the Whole Living magazine’s 28-Day Challenge. Sadly, I haven’t done much (alhtouhg, I DID go computer-free – except for work – yesterday). AND I did agree to go to a beginner’s yoga class tonite. I hope I like it šŸ™‚ I liked yoga the ONE time I took it LOL WE shall see if I still like it.

Physical healthwise, I’m doing ok. My neck/shoulder have been twinging, but that’s the worst of it (lately). I still need to find out what’s going on with the armpit, but it’s not like I’m sitting here doing nothing, I’ve seen a doc, an orthopedist, a chiropractor and my gynocologist. Everyone is clueless. Not sure where to go from here tho…will have to do more research…

I’m tired all the time, but last night was my own damn fault. Started reading the next Book Club book and have been sucked right in. "one more chapter." "OK, ONE more chapter." "Ok, just ONE more."…yeah, ONE MORE lead to an 11 pm bedtime…I’m normally in bed and drooling between 9:30 and 10. Yeah, SO not smart. Can’t do that again. However, the book is good. Go read it! (The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss).

I haven’t weighed myself or taken measurements in a while. I should probably do that, just so I can track (and SEE) any progress…hopefully I’ll remember to do that tonight…
